With an impressive 36-year career in the hospitality industry, Con brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team. His journey began with an 11-year tenure at Fosters, where he gained diverse experience across Audit and Compliance, Commercial Management for Food, and later, Gaming.

For the past 15 years, Con has served as the Head of Gaming at Woolworths and Endeavour Group, overseeing key areas such as EGMs, wagering, Keno, and managing major contracts for ALH. His deep industry knowledge is complemented by his involvement in Victorian Government working groups and his role as a Councillor for the Victorian branch of the Australian Hotels Association (AHA).

A qualified CPA, Con combines financial acumen with strategic insight, making him a valuable addition to our team and a leader in the hospitality sector.
