Allie’s journey to consulting has been paved by 13+ years of experience working within the hospitality industry, a notable 8 of these years being in management roles. Her impressive background, knowledge-base & hands-on approach to her work, makes Allie a hospitality superstar of the consulting team.

To perfect her already impressive skillset, Allie comes armed with a Bachelor of Business Management and is currently completing her Masters in Business Administration (we told you she’s a superstar)! In addition to this, Allie has attained certificates in Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV), WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 2, Approved Managers License, Covid-19 Compliance & Leadership Development (just to name a few).

If the above hasn’t knocked your socks off, Allie was also named Restaurant Manager of the Year in 2022. At DNS SS, Allie works thoroughly on gaming performance analysis, strategic planning, operations analysis, client relations, hospitality training, HR assistance, gaming floor layout/design and more.
