Kat joins us with an extensive background in all things hospo – from bartender, barista, duty manager, and functions coordinator, she’s done it all! Kat advanced her way up to several management positions, most recently serving as a Culture Manager. Her creative flair naturally guided her towards marketing, where she has thrived in areas such as content creation, graphic design, branding, copywriting, and more. Kat holds a Bachelor of Business in Event Management & Marketing and has completed a Quality Service Course at the Disney Institute, as well as an Executive Ready Course with Women & Leadership Australia.
