Mel joins the DNS SS team with over 20 year’s experience working in media and marketing, along with a strong passion for the hospitality industry. With an in-depth understanding of industry dynamics and trends, Mel plays a pivotal role in guiding our clients towards exceptional results.

Experience

In her 20 years’ of marketing experience, Mel has worked as a Marketing Manager & Consultant for several large hospitality venues throughout Darwin and Queensland. Starting out in media, Mel also worked as a radio announcer and television presenter all throughout Australia (Tassie, Cairns, Sunny Coast, Darwin, Albury, NSW Central Coast – impressive!) making her a highly skilled and confident communicator, along with a profound understanding of the importance of good publicity and reputation management.
Mel brings the ability to conceive and create new, engaging, original and successful promotions and content that drives our client’s success. She’s an experienced copywriter with a flair for attracting attention. Mel is dedicated to assisting our clients in shaping public perception, ultimately maximising opportunities to improve reputation, strengthen consumer loyalty, and grow market share.
