We’re expanding rapidly and seeking a bright and enthusiastic Graduate Consultant / Analyst to join our head office in Red Hill, Brisbane.

What You’ll Do:

• Dive deep into data: Analyse and interpret large datasets, drawing insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Craft compelling reports: Assist our Directors and Consultants in developing comprehensive reports covering topics like liquor and gaming licensing, demographics, finance, loyalty, governance, and industry trends.
• Become a research expert: Prepare research projects, presentations, and supporting materials that showcase your analytical skills.
• Engage with clients: Attend client meetings, demonstrating your ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.
• Contribute to project success: Collaborate closely with Project Leads, contributing to the successful delivery of client projects.

What You’ll Need:

• A recent graduate with a relevant degree: Hold an undergraduate degree in Hotel Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• A passion for hospitality: Experience in the hospitality and gaming industries is a plus, but not essential. We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute.
• Analytical prowess: Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and present data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office mastery: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Team spirit and a can-do attitude: We value collaboration and are seeking someone who thrives in a team environment and is willing to learn and grow.
• Time management and prioritisation: Successfully manage your workload, prioritise tasks, and work autonomously to deliver on deadlines.
