- The ChallengeOutdated strategic plan and lack of formal plan for the management team.
- The SolutionDNS prepared extensive research, collated club data and reviewed performance to then faciliate a two day workshop addressing all areas of the business and documenting the outcomes for action.
- The ResultA 1-5 year Strategic Plan was achieved and documented in a live report format for Managers to edit their progress. Within 12 months, over 80% of the plan had been either achieved or was in progress.
